I have been using Feline Pine with my kitten. I liked the idea that it was biodegrable and didn't cause the nasty litter dust that is said to cause respiratory problems in cats. The Feline Pine clumps nicely and is easy to scoop, but it really doesn't eliminate the smell. Has anyone found any biodegrable kitty litters that have worked for them? Any kitty litters period that eliminate smell well?

Oh, I would definitely have to disagree with Arm & Hammer - I tried it once (and only have 1 cat!) - and I thought it was awful! Didn't clump well, didn't control smell well, and dusty too! It's not biodegradable - but I've found my favorite is Tidy Cat for Multiple Cats in the box with the blue top. Even though it is one of the cheapest brands, it really seems superior to even more expensive ones. Just make sure you don't inadvertently buy the Tidy Cat that is non-clumping. If you really want biodegrable, I've heard Swheat Scoop is good, but I've never tried it.

HA! to the guy who reported dustbuster. You ve under no circumstances experienced this. Kitty clutter - truly the clumping type - turns to concrete at the same time as it receives moist and then dries. "gently use a putty knife" received t artwork, and neither will cleansing soap and a sponge. a pair of folk were given it correct - you would possibly want to get it moist lower back to get it off, yet even then it s not a lot relaxing. a minimum of mine is in a room the position there's a floor drain - my cat packing boxes are interior the laundry room, and the washer leaks. What a multitude! I even might want to handle this pastime the following day and that i'm really, really not searching ahead to it.

Yep, Arm and Hammer litters!! Cat tested and mother approved. Multiple cats, do rescue. Litter pan in closet and can't even tell. Clumps real good, little waste. Not a bad "dust" problem either. Worth the $.
