OR 2) Do you believe sin is in-bred and anything that violates the conscience and breaking God's moral laws written in our hearts?
3)Does anyone who claims sin doesn't exist think our civil laws should be trashed and society doesn't need the basic moral laws of God? i.e. Thou shalt have no other Gods before me, You shall not make for yourself a graven image, You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy, Honour your father or mother, You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, and You shall not bear false witness. So, if you think sin isn't real, how would you feel if someone steals your car, kills your pet, takes your spouse, kills a family member, tells lies which costs your life savings; would you feel that these persons had not sinned or do you feel they deserve punishment and you deserve justice?

No, sin was not created by the mind of man but was given to us, taught to us by YHWH Elohim through His chosen people. We have knowledge of what is good and what is evil or wrong. Someone or a part of ourself there is a voice that guided us telling us if what we will about to do is bad and there is a part of us that teasing us to do what is wrong and he ( the evil Satan_) will rationale that we gain something, enjoy or anything that will be "beneficial" to us but the other voice will also reason that it is wrong and would lead us to destruction in the end if we do that temporary gain, enjoyment or whatever beneficial to us.

Even those people who have not know the Bible and what were written there, (tribesmen) somehow they know what is right and what is wrong by nature. It is natural for every living thing what is right and what is wrong. Like birds go to other places when winter is approaching, they know it is wrong to stay. Somehow or "Someone" or something tell them what is right for them. It is natural for us to know what is right and what is wrong because there is always a "Voice" that will tell us. It is up to us which to follow but He already warned us long before of the consequences, so we can't argue or reason out with Him when He judge us. He gave us free will to choose, choose good or evil.

I think the definition of "sin" is a warped form of the same stuff that karma refers to, used to control people's behavior via various religious dogmatic beliefs instead of a way to understanding the nature of behaviors that cause HARM.
