Talk with your doctor....I don't remember the name of the prescription deoderant and antiperspirant my doctor gave me but within about 2 months my excessive sweating problem ended.

Over the counter stuff doesn't always work on hyperhydrosis.
In tried Mitchum and it didn't work very well...

Hyperhydrosis is not going to be fixed by diet or bathing, it is a medical condition and it is fixable,

Use only natural deodorants, like Tom's of Maine. The anti-perspirant and deodorant brands on the shelf all have aluminum, which is toxic to your body.

I actually had the same problem, with odor and wetness ( I know, ew...). Try Degree anti-perspirant. It's the only kind I can use effectively, including prescribed brands. If you really can't use anything over the counter though, just talk to your doctor.

If nothing else works, ( and NOTHING WORKED FOR ME , Except when i lost some extra lbs I was 235 and went down to 180)

I used certain dry, It is HARD to find instores and you may need to order it online, You apply it the night before ( its a clear liquid roll on) and it closes your sweat glands down for the day, 100% great!

I 100% recommend it if nothing else works.

I have a MD friend (endocrinologist) a nephew of his is heavy set and a heavy sweater. His suggestion to him was to contact his personal physician and discuss Botox injection. Believe it or not it is a viable solution. Ask your physician.
