And a big NO to your second question. Polygamy is forbidden in Israel, and cheating or lying are not a cultural thing in Israel either.

There are plenty of men out there (from Israel and the rest of the world) that don't lie or cheat (or both). Concentrate on that, not the idiot you're describing.
