First off, you need to take a serious look at this. "I banged her", haha, funny, but incriminating. Yes get a lawyer, and try to remember everything that happend. Now if this chick is/was underaged, haha, all I can say is when you are in prison, don't drop the soap.

I would say to you watch how you sleep with a girl and then just out of the blue break up with them. You can't just F**k a girl and then break up with them. You need to let them know right up front your not interested in a serious relationship just a little satisfaction and thats it. That way she knows your not wanting a committment just a
little satisfaction. She can file a repor against you but, she has to prove her accusations against you.

It's kinda her word against yours, I doubt she would have much of a case if she really tried...is she underage? Anything else that might make it worse for you? Maybe your best defense is a good offense. File a report against her and get a restraining order on her for being crazy! I dunno I would just wait to see what happens and just go from there.

If she agreed for you to bang her and she has no marks on her body like it was forced , then if she sues you are files a report she has no chance cuzz she has to take a phisical exam to see any trauma .

she can file a police report..and they'll of course haul your *** in for investigation, but if it's a very long time after the fact it will be harder to her to prove..so find yourself a good lawyer and you might be alright..

I am sure she can whether it results in anything is unknown. If she is a minor and you are not a minor, you are screwed. If she has any unusual markings, bruising, skin in her nails, or other indication of force you might get screwed.
