**Be good to yourself!** and then be good to others.
Things that have worked for me:
1.) Pamper yourself at least once a week, do something just for you: go to a Spa, get your nails done, get your hair done (deep condition, relaxing wash), Get a Massage!
2.) Take care of your health, I find that excercise (jogging, pilates) is a great stress reliever
3.) Eat healthfully, shed those few extra pounds, cleanse your body from those toxins, do a fat flush, take vitamins.
4.) Heartfelt Prayer and meditation help greatly (sit in a quiet room and just pray about your anxities or worries, relax meditate, and breathe deeply)
5.) I also recommend: talking, joking, and laughing about your feelings to someone you trust, that's a great stress reliever
6.) Some other things you can try is invigorating your senses and raising your endorphins it pulls you out of a depressed state and can do wonders if your only stressed out.
Endorphins : en•dor•phin (ěn-dôr'fĭn) : Any of a group of peptide hormones that bind to opiate receptors and are found mainly in the brain. Endorphins reduce the sensation of pain and affect emotions.
Other things you can try: Eating chocolate, lighting a scented candle, taking a bubble bath, listen to soothing music, taking a jog, watching a funny show, etc.
Simply put when you heighthen your endorphins (your happy hormones / chemical balances) you give yourself a chance to view things from a more positive perspective. If your positive minded your less stressed out and feeling happy, energized and revitalized.
7.) Last but NOT least, do good towards others, volunteer to help those less fortunate than you, contribute your time and effort towards volunteering as a candy-striper or nurses aid once or twice a month for children with cancer, or burn patients, contribute time & donate towards homeless shelters or orphanage. When you realize that there is so much to do and so much of you to give towards those in far worse position than you, it fills your heart with joy.

One thing is key: Never be stressed.
To do that, it's good to take long walks outside or something that you enjoy.
Also: try to keep your relationships with everyone around you going strong and good.
To keep happy make sure you regularly do things that you enjoy.
I wish you all the luck in the world! Have a good day!!

Try some vitamins, eating better, and exercising. I also take a health drink called Mona Vie that is an anti-toxen with 19 fruits in it.

The whole science and wisdom of what we refer to as inner engineering means not seeing joy as something that we could achieve in our life but seeing joy as the very basis of our lives. Joy is not the only goal; but other wonderful things can happen only if this happens. Otherwise, you’ll live constantly with the fear of misery haunting you.
At every stage in your life, you thought “If I get this job, this is it, my life is made”, but a few years down the line the same job gave you diabetes and blood pressure. You thought “If I get married, that’s it, my life is made”, and you know what happened after that! [laughs].
Life strikes back because many of you are not in tune with your own basic existence and not because there is something wrong with Creation. You have gotten identified with petty things that you gathered. You have become an accumulation; you have no existence of your own.
If there is no foundation of joy, I cannot do what I intend to do with people — it doesn’t matter who you are, where you are or what you are. I’m constantly laying the foundation in people that they are always trying to uproot.
Laying the foundation is not in terms of teaching, not in terms of understanding. Joy is not because you know something, joy is not because you understand something, joy is because the deepest core of you functions and finds expression.
When you sit with me, my energies are such that naturally your physical body, your mind and your emotions get aligned in a certain way, so you feel joyful. It is like how an induction motor works — just the flow of energy in one part induces an energy flow in another part.
Although the induction is from outside, the actual joy is always from within. In poetic ways we would say ‘I will shower joy upon you’. But no, we cannot shower joy upon you. We can create a situation where you cannot but help being aligned in a certain way whereby you naturally feel joyful.
Joy is always an inner experience. If it was showered upon you, your skin should feel it first [laughs], but that’s not how it happens. So a certain alignment happens within you that naturally allows your innermost core to find expression and joy.
For ages, there were scholars, priests, kings and others, but always, a spiritually realised person was held in highest esteem even above the gods simply because their very presence was an instrument to set everything right.
There’s nothing else wrong with people except that they’re miserable, isn’t it? In whatever they do or don’t do, they make themselves miserable. They just need an excuse. You will see if you’re in a certain level of alignment on a particular day, suddenly you will find that all you need is an excuse to burst into laughter. But if you’re in a certain level of misalignment, all you need is an excuse to burst into tears and depression.
So you need to understand that whatever you consider right now as the source of your joy is just an excuse.
