Well make a pony tail and count the times it takes a NEW hair elastic to wrap around:
1X- VERY THICK!
2x- thick but not too thick (avg.)
3X- thin
4X- VERY THIN!

well i knew i had a lot of hair when i went to the hair place to get a haircut the hair lady kept saying with her mexican hair "lot hair you got a lot hair" or you can put your hair in a ponytail and feel it
