Don't send them to her office - that's kind of territorial and doesn't fall within her need for "space". However, you could have them delivered to her home with a short note apologizing to her and reminding her that you love her and want to give her what she needs.

You can send her flowers anytime that you want. Just let her know that you are thinking of her and that you miss her. Then you can send her flowers again and ask her to meet you at a restaurant.

I agree with topher, and disagree with Ali; you should have already sent them. Dont worry about sending them to her work; if she works with a bunch of women, their reaction will help you score some brownie points, and put her in a better frame of mind towards you.
