i need a few becuase i am transferring from a comminuty college to a private 4 year

Talk to your schools financial aid office. There are several scholarships avialable to transfer students at my school.

Fastweb.com has a regularly updated database. It's a really great site, and worth checking out. Online hunting is a pretty simple way to find scholarship info.
Also, depending on your income and major, WIA (The Workforce Investment Act) may help cover your education costs. I know that it supports Nursing and Culinary Arts, as well as Education. I can't remember the others. It's a federally funded program that is administrated by states. Googling WIA is probably the easiest way to find out. I hope this helps, and good luck!
