He blames my phone being messed up as to why I didnt see that he called, everytime. He always has an excuse 2 why he cant come and see me rather it is he has no gas or hes busy. I never call him to make plans he always brings up that he wants to see me, but then he ends up not callin me back. He was doing this everyday for at least a week. I havent called him since my phone has been cut off. What was the deal with him doing that?

He's doing it because you let him!

He just keeps you on the back burner, JUST IN CASE nothing better comes up.
My advice to you young one, is to not give him the time of day. That is exactly what he is doing to you.
You are worth more than that. If you don't care that you are someones second or maybe even third or fourth choice, then keep on letting him treat you the way he does -- with no respect.
You teach people how to treat you and by the sound of it, you have been letting him disrespect you for awhile.
Not only are you allowing him to disrespect you, but apparently you let him lie to you also, maybe it's not a lie, but you let him tell stories or blame his excuses on your phone when you know it's not your phone, it's him. You know it is not your phone but you don't call him on his excuse!
You are better than this, if this is how he treats you, are you sure you really want him to call you back????
There are so many fish in the pond, you don't have to be treated like that.

He doesn't sound that into you. If a guy really likes you he'll cancel his plans to see you. No gas, dodgy excuse! It sounds like he's seeing others and you're not favorite on the list. Or he's not sure himself if he wants a relationship. Distance yourself, have your own life and DO NOT drop all your plans just to see him or accommodate him. Make him want you and see if he comes back to you. If you focus on yourself, you may even discover that you may not ant to be with him! Good luck.

He is just stringing you along. He makes the dates with you so that you so that you hang around waiting for him. But he can only do this as long as you allow it. I suggest you either dump him completely, or at least go out and have a life and show him that you CAN live without him. There are guys out there that will treat you better!

It seems to me that he is playing a game. Don't make plans with him anymore. Make him chase you not you chase him. Don't be so willingly to do things with him. Tell you you will see your schedule and that you will get back to him. Play the game that he is playing or move on from him.

Maybe you're just his fallback plan just in case whatever he wants to do originally falls through, just block his number once your line is back up and running.

Player!!!! He is probably setting you up in case other plans fall through so he doesn't have to be alone...you should do it back to him...tell him to meet you somewhere take his pic and send it to him on your phone and say GOTCHA!!!!
