I'd say toss it. It doesn't last that long usually, and better safe than sorry.

Generally any food with unsaturated fats will go rancid if left in the fridge if left longer than a week. Add milk's ability to go sour because of the bacterias and enzymes present in it and your bread pudding is a host of microbial life... even if it looks good, smells good and tastes good... I promise its full of things you don't want in your body at this point. Toss it!

Let me give you a ferinstance-Mine was there for the same period and when I took it out of the fridge, I dropped it.
This broke 2 of the tiles and pis-ed off the wife.So ferinstance-it did not pass go-it went straight to the bin.

ANYTHING that has been in the fridge for over a week should be thrown out. If it doesn't make you sick at the very least it won't taste very good.

I would imagine that it has gone bad. Smell it and look at it -- does it smell sour? Is it furry? I would not eat it.
