No. 'Good' and 'evil' are words used to describe ACTIONS - not nouns describing things.

Good and evil are dualistic qualities!

The human brain is wired to think in dualistic terms.
Good / Evil
Up / Down
Male / Female
White / Black
Possitive / Negative

To say does this exist to some higher entity raises another question. IS THERE A HIGHER ENTITY??
If there is I highly doubt that it would percieve reality in the limited way in which we do!!

Supernatural beings, like people are defined by their actions. God's actions are holy and just, thus God is good. Satan's actions are treacherous, caniving and ultimately plotting the downfall of every human past present and future, thus Satan is evil. So yeah.
