I tip a little more at breakfast. The food is nasty to clean up, eggs, syrup, grease, and the checks are not as large. Most of my friends tip more at a bar, or breakfast, because the checks are lower but the servers have to hustle just as much.

Depends on service if food is hot and good, and I don't have to ask for refills then 20 to 30%, and I am not rich by any means. If below average then 5 to 10%, and bad service = lint. I worked as a delivery driver at dominoes, and would get stiffed regularly, and usually I delivered 5 to 10mins early. That hurts when you don't get appreciation shown by people when you do a good job, people work hard to provide service so if its good tip good. If its bad service I usually talk to or leave a note telling why I didn't tip better.

This is pretty much standard for any meal...remember it is the total price of the meal (less taxes) that you calculate it on, so therefore, generally, the breakfast meal is less expensive, than lunch, and lunch is less expensive than the dinner meal...

I would love to tip at 15-20 all the time, but sometimes you get really rude people serving you that has was definitly dragged up, and I give them according to there attitude towards me, and how long it takes, breakfast is normally very fast, and I will quicker give 15 than 20, but It really all depends where you go and the courtesy shown.
