Matthew 18:8-9 (Mark 9:43-47)
"And if your hand or your foot causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away; it is better for you to enter life maimed or lame than with two hands or two feet to be thrown into the eternal fire. And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and throw it away; it is better for you to enter life with one eye than with two eyes to be thrown into the hell of fire. "
And any christian who says yes to your question should be willing to do as jesus commanded and chop off their own heads.

The short answer is yes. The long answer starts with the thought processes of those in biblical times. Thoughts and actions were not separate.
Jesus gives a clear example in his sermon on the mount when he says, "You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.' But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
But, hey.... that's why Jesus is so great. Every one of us screws up and sins yet despite that he saves anyway.

Of course!
think of it like this.
If you donate something to the poor, with a happy heart, it will be given back to you , press down and shaken together!
BUT!
If you donate with a sour heart- only doing it to be seen or to make your self look good- God knows your heart., therefor you will get no reward for your doing.
it is the Motive behind the action that counts...
as for the thinking of it, and not acting upon it......
the bible says if a man lust for a woman in his heart, he is just as guilty as if he has already did sexual acts with her.
it is from your heart that you live by.

Christians who walk by God's Spirit are NOT judged/condemned.
Rom 8:1-4
8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, 4 in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.

Yes, yes, yes. Thinking is the same as doing so be very careful with ur thoughts. The Bible tells us that if we lust in our minds for the guy or gal next door that we might as well have done the dirty deed because we will be judged as if we did the deed.

Not just Christians my friend.
Everyone one will be judged. Jesus said that the thought of sin is just as bad as the actual sin.
The book of Romans tells us that first comes physical death, then judgement. Judgement is not reserved for Christians.

Yes we are. Although being born again in Spirit causes are sins to disappear from God. He tosses them into a sea of forgetfulness and does not remember them. We are supposed to let our selfishness go though and it is very hard. I mean just the other day I was so justifiably mad at my husband that I told God I guess I was doomed to hell because I was not going to forgive Him and I was going to serve myself by paying evil for evil but thankfully for the grace of God I changed my mind before dying.

Yes, because how you choose to think will come out in your actions. Because as a man thinketh, so he is.
This is why Jesus said that a man who even thinks of committing adultery has already committed the act as far as God is concerned.

Yes and No. Thoughts unless acted on are nothing. However, we are told to cast down our imaginations.
And thoughts can lead to actions.
