For an experienced woman like yourself, sex should not be so discomforting. I would suggest the two things you ruled out, lubrication, and nervousness. Since these two are out of question then I suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible.

Your lubrication levels change during your cycle, so try something like Durex Play lube, when you think you could have a bit of an episode, pay attention to your cycle, and you will learn what happens when.

Maybe just go to the doc and have all checked out or change your position so he doesnt penetrate you so deeply. Sometimes it hurts when your cervix is low (when you are ovulating) and deep positions (like dogg ie) sometimes hurt a bit.

Maybe you should go to the doctor and get checked out because sex isn't supposed to hurt

Is it because you might be on the small side and your partner on the big side or possibly you are scared and that is making your muscles contract
