Go to your grocery store and buy a pack of satay (also known as shish kebab) sticks.... just open the bottle and insert one all the way until it hits bottom (with bottle sitting on a level surface). When you remove the stick you will see the level of bailey's still there by the height of moisture on the stick! Kinda like checking the oil in your car :-)

The best way to tell how much Baileys is left would be to simply decant the bottle. Or pour it into another bottle.

I use to tend bar and we used a straw. At one bar they never checked, just allways had 8 bottles in stock, when it got down to 3 re-order 6. 1 on the shelf, 8 in stock.

Hold it in front of a bright light, like a florescent light in the kitchen. Preferably one that is above your head. Works for me every time. BTW...I love Baileys Irish Cream!

Either keep track of how much of it you've had or weigh the bottle.
