If I prepare it on the grill I usually have a fresh salad and scalloped potatoes ( Or Macaroni and Cheese if time is short), If you are cooking it in a skillet you can saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic with it and have crusty bread and asparagas or green beans .....Yum!

To Grill Pork steak....Turn grill on high to get it hot...at 350 degrees turn it down as low as you can without shutting it off.....brush oil on pork and season....cook about 25 mins....brush BBQ (tomato paste or Katsup /brown sugar/spice will work) sauce on each side (one at a time) and cook 10 min each side!

Skillet..medium low heat...2 tbsp olive oil, 2 crushed garlic clover, pepper & salt to taste...cook 25-35 mins....remove pork toss in mushrooms...saute till soft....GREAT with any rice!
