Definetely the Bell Jetranger series. It has the safety and reliability statistics to back it up. Next I think would be the Huey, Bell 205/212. It seems to be the DC-3 of helicopters.
Just have to throw in AH-64 Apaches, only because I worked on them for seven years, definitely no civilian use.

The Bell Jet Ranger line is one of the best selling, but I think that the Robinson R22 and R44 have been outselling them for a few years. The Sikorsky S76 is also another helicopter that is widely used for corporate transport and EMS.
Second I would say the Bell 430 is another great helicopter, its not as fast as the S76 but I understand it is pretty good and rides better than pretty much anything else. I know that the U of M Medical Center and the Michigan State Police operate Bell 230/430s.

Eurocopter EC135 and 145, also the Bell 407 is a really good helicopter. For flying fun I would definetly have to mention the MD500 as well.
Those are my faves for sure, but in reality it depends completely on what specific uses you need it for and what your budget is. Which is why there are so many different heli's out there.
