Go to sidestep.com. They search airline websites as well as sites like Orbitz, Travelocity, OneTravel, etc. for the cheapest fares possible.

Actually if your dates are flexible yahoo travel is pretty good. Even when you finally choose the trip you want if there is a cheaper one available they figure it out for you and its listed at the bottom of the page before you pay.
