Ok, I'm sorry to be rude, but GROW UP! Just tell her. You're doing NO good by saying nothing at all. Wouldn't you be suer picked if you get it next!

Lice is very contagious so if you are anywhere remotely near her, you likely also have lice....you should probably treat yourself with lice shampoo. You may not have it to the extreme extent as your friend does, but I would do the shampoo anyway just to be on the safe side.
If you are a student and you really don't want to tell her yourself, perhaps you could tell the school nurse or leave a note anonymously for the nurse. The school nurse is usually the one to handle such things as lice. It will spread like wild fire to anyone near her, so you should tell someone ASAP. Good luck.

Tell her.....why would it be mean to tell your "best friend" that she has live bugs crawling around on her??? If I was her, I would want to know....plus, she is probably spreading it all over the place. Tell her right away!

You'd be doing her a favor. Tell her or tell your Mom to tell HER Mom. Why are you afraid to say anything? You're not being a good friend by NOT telling her.

tell the school nurse, this is a real health issue, the longer you wait the more people will be infected by this, including you.
