If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMmpR

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Salmon... Salmon is a yummy and somewhat person-friendly dish to make. First: get a pyrex dish and a uncooked salmon filet. 2d: Butter the pyrex dish, placed vegetable oil all over the salmon and then placed the salmon in the dish. third: Grade Onions and unfold then over the salmon. Fourth: placed reliable flavorful seasonings(paprika, pepper and salt) on the salmon. Fith: prepare dinner at 4 hundred for about 30-40 5 minutes or till you notice the exess juices and oil boiling. Fancy Burgers... First: Get floor pork and grill them in a pan with a sprint worstichire sauce and a few pepper till cooked as you like. 2d: Boil gravy(you need to purchase packets of gravy powder on the food market) and mushrooms in a pot. third: Pile the burgers onto a huge plate and ladle the gravy and mushrooms all over the burgers. With the two of those dishes you may serve steamed vegetables. Or a reliable hearty soup. For dessert, Bake a Cake(What extra would desire to assert i such as you than a delicious congrats cake). considering the fact which you're saying you do not have diverse cooking experience i'd visit the food market and purchase betty crocker or sara lee or pillsbury cake mixes and icing boxes (it's going to be too no longer person-friendly which you will make the cake from scratch). they are exciting and person-friendly to make. additionally as a 2d dessert serve french vanilla icecream in little parfait glasses crowned with coconut and hershies syrup(my grandmother invented them. The are stated as snowballs) reliable success! i'm hoping you have a suited dinner!

mix the last 3 ingrediants together and pur over chicken (in a baking dish, of course) & bake for about 30 minutes. It sounds gross but it's pretty darn good

OR

2 ideas for you:

Tuna Noodle on the stove:
x-cans of tuna (depends on how many people you have)
frozen peas
onion (optional)
egg noodles
1 can of cream soup (your choice of variety)

While cooking noodles per pkg directions, drain tuna and mix with frozen peas and chopped onion...put in microwave to warm.

Drain noodles, add cream soup and tuna/peas/onion and warm through. Add garlic powder if desired.

Preheat oven to 400

Use whatever leftover cooked meat you may have in fridge...ham, chicken, pork, beef...whatever. Cut into bitesized pieces and put in a glass sprayed 9X13...again depends on how many people.

Throw in a can of cream soupand a can of milk and a bunch of frozen mixed vegtables of your choice.

Make a batch of bisquick per package instructions for bisquits...perhaps a little runnier. You could also use a box of cornbread mix if preffered.

Pour that over the veg and meat mixture. Bake till the bisquit mix turns a nice brown. 30-40 minutes.

Depends on what you are going for.

If you have kids make the fixings for tacos (brown some ground beef add seasoning along with lettuce, shells, sour cream, salsa etc) and have them fix their own tacos.

If not, how about spaghetti? It's an easy meal, easy to make and easy to clean up.
