HI while i m using my internet many times following message comes
" The instruction at "0x62304390" referenced memory at "0x62304390". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

But when i click OK it doesnt affect my any of the programme. I know that I will definately find solution from all of you, thanking you.

It looks like a bug or bad installation in some program. It isn't good that it isn't a program you see; that means that you have progeams which run in the background you know nothing of. Sometimes those are harmless, but sometimes they could be malious.
For finding out which it is, you should wait until you get that message again. Then right-click on the task bar (I suppose you are using Windows XP, post to Details if not), and in the context menu click on Task manager. On it, go to the processes tab, maximize the window so you see all running processes, take a screenshot, and print the screenshot. Then go to your error message again, click "OK", wait one minute, get out the task manager again and compare which process is missing from the list.
If it belongs to a program you need, you should consider reinstalling the program, eventually from another installation file copy if you can obtain a second one. If you don't need it, just let it be.
