I normally don't travel domestic,so I couldn't really say.

But for international travel, I enjoy flying with KLM because the planes are clean, the food has always been good, Amsterdam is a terriffic airport to fly through, the flight attendants have almost always been nice, we have been served snacks throughout the flight as the flight attendants are very attentive and it is just a very pleasant atmosphere to travel in.

If you are flying where they are going, Midwest Airlines is one of the best. I fly them the most on their 717 aircraft in the Signature Service configuration. Their buy on board food program from Mader's is the best airline food I have ever eaten. I also like Continental. I am not very fond of Northwest or US Airways. Internationally, I like Qantas. KLM was okay.

In order, my top 5 airlines are:
1. Delta Air Lines (and Song, while it was around)
2. American Airlines
3. US Airways
4. JetBlue Airways
5. Air Canada

My least favorite airline is Spirit Airlines.

Have a good trip!

BTW: In the end, you should just take whatever's cheapest. Go to sidestep.com to get the cheapest flight itineraries possible; they search airline websites as well as sites such as Orbitz, Travelocity, etc.

The best Airline is still AUA (Austrian Airlines - best onboard service and very good food also in the back of the plane)
But internationally Lufthansa. BA is also not bad but the food sucks!
