I've gone about a month because he was being very bossy and pushy with me so i cut him off sex for a month.

At the worst a week. That was when we were new lovers after we got comfortable just over a week. We had our moments when it was three to four times a day and many sessions in between. Exhausting and thirsty work.

Purposefuly? You've got to be kidding? That's mean. If I want to be like that it means there are serious relationship issues bigger then sex.

With my current partner I never purposefully do that. We have a healthy sex life.
Playing games like that is childish and silly. If anything you'll just cause more resentment and problems.
Look at it this way... If you're not doing it someone else will - Is that what you want?
