It's not really fit to be called French, but here is my translation.

"What do you want (/expect), tomorrow it's how are you, please, oath of allegiance to the flag of the United States".

Tell this person to leave the French language alone!

first of all is french, second i can tell that there are some errors inside text. i know a little french but some of words doesn't exist
'quis' i think is qui meaning whom, that (person)
'dreap au' is dreapau meaning flag
the construction is not relating to grammar, difficult to translate but in my poor attempt to translate i can tell you:
that you choose (wish) in the future (tomorrow), is like a vow on the state flag

this is clearly french, honey. Ttry finding an online translator. There are some that translate Spanish, so I'm sure the Internet has one. Try that :)
