my car is a 94 dodge shadow w/ a 2.2 L 5 speed manual and when i take off it boggs down and i have to floor it to get it to go i changed spark plugs, got new exhaust, new plug wires, new cap and rotor, and a new coil and it still does it. WHAT'S WRONG!!!!

It is most likely that you need to replace the IAC motor (idle air control). Most times this will make the check engine light come on. This would be my first geuss.
If it's accompanied by a whining noise also, it could be the torque converter locking up caused by the front pump leaking. So you need to replace the front pump and/or torque converter. Check for a leak.
Go with the IAC first.

The first tlhing a friend of mine would say is get a bottle of the super potent fuel system cleaner from your friendly Dodge dealer. Be sure it has NAPTHA on the label and don't spill it on the paint. Next check all the vacuum hoses for cracks and leaks. A vacuum leak can cause the situation you describe. Replace any hoses that look bad or are stiff and brittle. Your best bet is to take it to a shop that can test all of the sensors and find out for certain if one of them is failing or maybe just marginal.
If that doesn't cure the problem and the catalytic convertor has never been replaced it might be plugged and will cause the engine to be struggling to push out the exhaust gas.

If it runs OK with a cold engine for a couple min.then run sluggish,(open loop-programed fuel cold engine,closed loop-controlled fuel delivery,warm engine)you should check the signal from the oxygen sensor.it won't set a fault code because it is still with in the spec's that the older computers look at unless open circuit,or a shorted circuit signal.The sensor might be lazy,or stuck at a rich reading causing the fuel delivery to be lean.When you floor the engine,the computer goes into open loop,and dumps fuel for the demand and doesn't look at the sensor input until you back out of the throttle,then goes back into closed loop,and back to being sluggish.Make sure the timing belt hasn't jumped a tooth,and your cat.converter isn't plugged.I am assuming that the engine idles good(timing belt wouldn't be the problem) loud air rush from the back of the engine on full throttle(plugged cat.converter) if the belt,and the cat are OK,then install the oxygen sensor.good luck!

It's a fuel problem or a timing problem. Change the filter first then check the fuel pressure regulator. then check the fuel pump. Timing is easy to check if it's not that then your timing chain skipped.

Get a Chevy!!! Sorry, couldn't pass that up. But good luck with it. Check your fuel filter, it may be plugged.

sounds like fuel problems check your fuel filter then your fuel pump
