It feels as if someone is with me holding me or touching my shoulder. Parts of my body feel warm. What is this?

It could be any number of things- an angel to comfort you, a God or Goddess to hold you (depends on your religion as to who comes), or even a person who passed away who loved you.
Or it could just be biological or psychological. The whole spiritual side is much more comforting to me, though.

It could be nothing just wishful thinking, but it could be a loved one in spirit trying to help, keep an open mind, don't listen to those saying it's rubbish, make up your own mind, don't take my word for it, but if i was you i would speak out and ask who's there the next time you feel this, don't expect someone to shout out, but in your mind you may hear something, and to all those that will give the thumbs down for this, let them prove otherwise.

It's definitely a subjective experience. Tactile hallucinations? Or something from an alternative plane? Memory traces from infancy? Or Jesus the paraclete, the comforter? The holy spirit is referred to as the comforter. You might be in tune with the other realm. Maybe you are psychic as well. Sylvia Brown earns money as a psychic...

I couldn't really answer your question with any degree of knowledge on this subject, but the radio's worth a try...

There may be medical causes but a spiritual cause might be some one you love who has crossed over is trying to comfort you. Some people believe and others dont but you yourself would know if there is anything spiritual in it.

It could mean that someone is in bed with you, holding you and touching your shoulder. You are not very specific about the warm feeling but you should make sure he is using a condom for your and his safety.
