Yes you gain weight from muscle. It don't weigh as much as fat but it's still a lot of weight.

Working out helps you loose weight and to develop muscles. If you want to gain weight, eat junk food and desserts.

well muscle weighs more than fat, so gaining more muscle will increase your overall weight
