When freezing, keep as whole as possible. The freezer will take-away moisture form the surface. Less surface area = less moisture loss.

Wrap in two layers: plastic first, then foil.

ive learnt that its better to freeze in big pieces or the entire thing than in slices.. takes longer to develop freezer burn... but wrap really tightly in plastic wrap..

it depends if you want it in one piece or in slices when you take it out??

Freeze however you want, but wrap in cling film to stop freezer burn
