my tape is stuck in the vcr?

Question

the vcr won't stay "on" and itr says "ejection" on th tv then shuts off. Its unplugged and i have a screwdriver. i need instructions on how to get it out with out breaking the vcr, so that i can then get instructions on how to fix the vcr.

ps - the vcr may or may not have been hit on the side of a truck while taking it out of the box.

its just nothing to worry about ....you got the screwdriver get open you vcr and ....be sure you open it carefully because u ave to close it as well ....and try to find where the tape is stuck then without closing it on the power and try to weject the tape ...thats it...best of luck
