skin pimple?

:((....am v sad... am 25 years old ... and i have red & black skin pimple.
i use twine to remove my hair-face and that cused these pimples

plzzzz any help to remove these things.
and try to use natural prescription.

if your home remidies are making them worse, I would see a doctor and just stick to moisturisers for right now, good luck
