I am 13. I am muscular but i want to become more muscular. But here is this thing I only have 25 pound dumbells and they are becoming very easy. Also I dont have a lot of money. So what can I do to become more muscular then I already am?

perhaps build up the upper body by holding them at arms length and slowly bringing them into towards your chest , repeat.

But there is not really much you can do that i can think of , apart from increasing the reps. You may be able to find cheap weights in charity shops which you can just add to the axel you have

however being only 13 you should be cautious as your still growing and when the testosterone kicks in you may have too much to burn off

You can do a lot of things to make yourself more muscular and you don't just have to pick up weights look around your house their has to be something that weights more that 25 pounds. What about in your dads garage. Good Luck.

Be careful or you can stunt your growth by lifting too much too early. It would be better if you could do isometric exercise, using your body's own weight to build you up. Exercises like squats and push ups don't reqiure expensive equipment.
