Make it into yogurt. It won't last very long... but longer than in the milk form.
If it does turn sour, you can make it into curd by bringing it to a boil and adding a bit of lemon juice. Then strain the curds from the whey through cheesecloth, hang it to drain, and use like cheese. Best cut into cubes and fried and then added to vegetables or eaten as is with salt and spices.

A cooler is probably your best bet. My best friend and I lived a house one winter that had no fridge...lucky for us it was winter time in Canada so we just kept our food on the back porch till we were able to get a fridge. Someone stole my beer once though. *Shakes fist*

only buy what you will drink!
buy ice and place it in bags and bag up your milk
use a friends fridge
if it gets cold out side keep it there!
