Is ıt just because the Western world,due to some subconscious prejudices,don't count them as humans?The revenge of the American citizens killed by blood shedding terrorists on September 11,are being taken by killing children and defenceless people in Iraq(650000 deaths)and in Afghanistan(the causalty number not known).As far as I am concerned, the incidents in the African countries you and one of the answerers are reffering to were caused by the conducts of Western countries which had colonized and exploited them.Which developed countries sold them so many weapons?Perhaps,you will be surprised to learn that one of these developed countries is the one where NOBEL PEACE PRİZE is given!

I followed it in the little colums of the newspapersand journals for years while few others seemed to care.
I also did with afghanistan.
But now everyone is talking about it it doesn't make look cool anymore
I think I'' go looking on Kashmir and perhaps some reading on the tamil tigers, they're quiet enough news wise to make me look proper intellectual

First I dont know what acts you are talking about. Second, many people only see what the mass media shows them, so it is hard to care about things you dont know about. Thirdly, some people dont care about things that dont directly affect them.

Talk to the UN. Yes I know, they are inept. But everyone seems to get on the US when we do anything, so sorry but this is someone else's mess. Maybe you could call France???
