the strips, the gel that dry's or the gel in a mouthpiece????
by the best I don't necessarily mean shades whites, but ease of use, any spots, etc...

Crest White strips are the best over the counter. I use to smoke before and my teeth were all yellow. After i used them my teeth became so much more white, like glow in the dark white. Your dentist can do the best job. However if that is not a choice for you do not do the gels they are messy. Crest Night Effects can lighten your teeth up to 5 shades. Alot of the mouth pieces claim "one size fits all" what a joke. I havent tried the one with the light nor do I know anyone that has so I cant give my opinion on that one.

I use one from Asda, its a mouth piece & you rub some stuff on it then put the gel in the mouse piece and keep it in for 5mins then wash it with the toothpaste you get! its around £5 so its not 2expensive & you get everthing you need! You do this 2a week for about a month & your teeth go a step lighter which doesnt sound much but make a big difference! Hope this helps

specific there are various large products available that dont fee a lot that i admire. purchase Arm&hammer Whitening booster. it is approximately 5 money and you fairly upload it on your toothpaste. i might desire to declare with as much as you brush they shoud be a lot whiter indoors of each and a week. then they gets whiter, and whiter from there . Crest whitestrips acceptable fee paintings acceptable to yet they fee 30 money. not six. I woud recomend this product to each and each physique. sturdy success

I'm a nurse. None of these are effective. Go see a dentist for a whitener. They cost about 250 dollars but it's worth it.
