ok so i like this guy and he stays in my building we both exchange looks but we never say anything to each other.his dad and my dad know each other.I really like this guy but i dont want to be the one to go and talk to him.What should i do?How should i make him talk to me

Next time he exchanges looks with you..say hi. Ask some relevant question to the building or something. Im sure you can find something to ask!! JUST DO IT :)

the girls that have answered are right...he may be shy or just not have much courage...give it a try like the one girl said...just say hi and ask a question about the building..comment about the weather..local sports team....anything JUST SAY SOMETHING!

go on and talk to him, i mean i don't know why you don't want to be first. but if your trippin on what to say, just ask a question that with the answer you can talk about.
