Most girls arent just trying to sleep with a guy, typically if that's all we wanted we wouldn't have to resort to the love thing. But if you think this girl is like that, ask her (jokingly) and see what she says if she gives the right answer, great, if not laugh it off and at least then you'll know where she stands.

Easy, most women can get sex any time they want it. They rarely need to lie to get it. Thus "I love you" isn't usually the lie that works for guys, all they have to do is flatter most guys and that's usually pretty easy. If she says I love you, unless your:
1) Filthy sticking rich
2) Movie star / Male model HOT
3) Hung to your toe nails
... well then she probably means it (or thinks she does).
It's not a lie most women would tell to get sex. Jewellery maybe, but not sex.
