There is one on highway 6 driving south toward Sugarland (from Houston). I've seen many signs out there warning "Prison Area: Do Not Pick Up Hitchhikers."

its actually between sugar land and katy on grand parkway (highway 99), if you drive down it you cant miss the prison, its on the west side of the parkway.
