Ok, heres the rule for this question because I see it asked so often. If your a guy, you're going to say "Hell yeah, do it dude!" and if your a girl you're going to say "Nuh uh honey, don't do it, he won't respect/call/want you anymore!!". Here's the thing, people are obviously doing it on the first date, who cares? and who are we to judge them? I've done it. On the flip side though, if you actually "like" the person and think you may want to have a long term relationship with them, it is generally better to wait. Now ladies, don't you go and think it's only the guys the want it on the first date (of course we are the majority) women do too sometimes, it's called a mutually beneficial booty call and they happen all the time. So, what have we learned? Guys want it now, girls want to wait. People do what they want anyway. You CAN bang on the first date, but if you want something long term, it is generally better to wait. The end.

if there is a chemistry and u have been talking on the phone before the first date, yes it might happen. but if u don't know the person at all u shouldn't risk it. not doing it on the first date would give the girl the chance to earn some credit from the guy along the relationship.

NO! You shouldn't even sleep with them in the first six months, much less on the first date! Six months isn't such a good standard either. Waiting until marriage would be better. But not everyone is as patient as I am, so six months is a semi-reasonable compromise for the impatient. Have a nice day!

No. Not at least if you want the second date to be meaningful. That is if there is a second date. You cannot possibly know someone well enough to do that on a first date.

try not to, but i can tell you if you don't leave the date wanting to sleep with the other person...then there usually isn't a 2nd date...instant chemistry is very important.

If you are looking for a fling, sure why not? Be certain to use protection. The answer would be no if you are looking for something long-term. We've all had one-night-stands.
