If you think about the question, it makes sense. Say for instance two vehicles were in an accident. It is daylight in late spring and the roads are dry. The sun is not glaring in either drivers eyes and both cars and their respective drivers are safe and legal. Car #1 is doing the 55 mph speed limit let's say on a state route (just because its amost impossible to do it on an interstate). Car #2 runs a stop sign or red light and pulls out in front of car #1 and BAM! T-bone! Car #1 hits car #2 on the drivers side and instantly kills the driver of car #2. Car #1 is injured badly but lives. Now who was the victim of the accident? The victim is not the one at fault for the accident therfore the dead driver in car #2 is not the victim. The driver of car #1 is the victim of a fatal automobile accident.

That sounds like a trick question to me. I have known families to be victims after losing a loved one in a fatal car accident, but..

I'm not trying to be flippant here, but if you are the victim of a fatal accident, wouldn't you be DEAD?

Do you mean, "Has anyone ever been in an accident where someone died?"

If so, my answer would be that I have never been in any type of accident.

Many people have. Because it was a fatal accident, they aren't on-line to answer your question.

Not me. Somehow I doubt hat anyone will answer and claim they were such a victim. If they do, I bet they're lying.
