Gosh, that seems SO OBVIOUS! Y r u asking?? Nuke the brie, tip with nuts & berries, spread on the wheat thins.
OR if you're a little more motivated...put a sliver of brie on a thin & top with a berry & a nut then broil or nuke.
IM SSOO JEALOUS!!!!

If you microwave brie, it will rapidly liquify. And I mean liquify. In a matter of seconds.
You can soften brie in a microwave by cooking it on the lowest setting for about 3-5 seconds. I prefer to eat the soft cheese on crackers, but the walnuts and cranberries are a nice touch.
If you have the time, I'd suggest letting the brie soften naturally by taking it out of the fridge and letting it reach room temperature. That way, it will soften evenly thoughout instead of in the center as it would if you nuked it.
As a side note, Salvador Dali reportedly got the inspiration for his iconic painting, "The Persistence of Memory" (the one with the melting clocks) after watching brie soften.

Boil 1/2 c of dried cranberries in 1c liquid (red wine would be so nice!) until the liquid is reduced by half. Put cranberry mess in blender until smooth. Grind the walnuts and bake to toast. Put the brie on the wheat thin and put in oven until just soft, drizzle the cranberry sauce on top and sprinkle with walnuts!

good information for you! fat does not make you fat, and protein does not make you fat, this is that darned sugar that does it. Brie is all cheese, a protein, so this is not virtually so undesirable for a weight wakeful guy or woman as is a croissant or a bagel. I have been given this analyzing the South coastline weight loss plan. I went on it and lost 37 kilos, and have saved them off. in case you consume your brie on a cracker or on toast, this is people who're in charge for weight benefit. Ciao, lady Morgana )0(
