I have sore muscles from working out but I still want to do cardio and yoga while my muscles are still recovering. Can this be done without hurting myself?

cardio you can do all the time. but lifting weights you should lift once avery other day. yoga should be done after you workout

You can still work out but you should be extra careful of your sore muscles! make sure you warm up and down after work outs. also during the work out don't be over strenuous with these muscles!

yes but you need to warm up and warm down. I usually find that swimming is also quite useful when your acheing however if you are doing weights it is advised that you dont do it every day as it doesnt give time for the muscle to recover therefore everything will take longer to acheive

You know your body best. Try working out and taking it easy during your workout. Make sure you ice and heat, ending on ice.

Alot of times people go all out and then they get sore and all together stop going to the gym. That's why you don't see alot of people at the gym the 3rd/4th week of January except the regulars.

Yes. Blair is right. Stretching both before and after any type of workout is the key to avoiding injury.

Yes, but you need to stretch and warm up.Stretching will help reduce pain, and warming up your muscules will really help them to feel better when you work out.
