you just keep on going instead of am and pm. so you just go threw all 24 hours instead of 12 with am pm.

If you are asking how you read it, its pretty simple. First of all remember that a day has 24 hours. So you have to think about military time as using all 24 hours of a day.
You tell the time by spiltting the time from 0 thru 12 for am and 13- 23 for pm hours. 0000 represtents 12am, and 2300 represents 11pm. When you are on the am side you would use the standard numbers. 0100 = 1am, 0200 = 2 am.. etc. Now when you get to the PM hours 1300 in military time would reprenent 1pm and 1400 represents 2pm and so forth until you get to 2300 which reprents 11pm. Now when you get to 12 am you start at 0000 again since you have now gone around the clock. An easy way to convert PM military time to 12hr time is to take 2 away from the second digit to get what should represent 12 hour time. for example. 1800 take 2 away from the second digit. and you will be left with 6. ex use the 8 (the second digit in 1800). so 8 - 2 = 6. and there you will have 6 as in 6pm. Hope you could understand that. By the way any other numbers beyond the second digit are the same as 12hr time. 1535 = 3:35pm

Military time is like..it goes past 12...I think military time is the England time, but for PM, you don't do PM and just keep on continuing to the next number (like 1 PM is like 13:00)

Based on a 24 hour rotation and not 12 hours. SO everything up to 1159 pm is the same, but then after that it is 1300 because it is 13 hours from the previous midnight... 1:00pm is 12 hours plus 1, 2:00 pm is 12 hours plus 2 and so on until 2359 hours which is 11:59 pm plus 12 hours....

Count the hours out in a day from 1 to 24.
1:00 is one AM
13:00 is one PM
24:00 is midnight
for PM hours, some folks find it easier to add the PM time to 12.
7 PM is 19:00 (7+12)
1 PM is 13:00 (1+12)

AM is the same as standard time; for PM, add 12 hours - so 6 PM is 18:00 hours. There is no AM or PM in "military time". 06:00 (6 AM is referred to as: 0 six hundred hours.

It depends whether its AM or PM. In military time, if its PM, then add that time to 12. So say its 3:03 PM. In military time, its 12 + 3:03 = 15:03 .

Miliatary time is counted on a 24 hour clock with midnight being 00:00. 1 P.m. would then be 13:00 and so on... Once in awhile you might hear someone refer to ZULU time which is the standard time zone used by our entire milatry world wide. Normally land based usnits use local time, but in the 24 hour format.

Its like European time.
1-12 AM is normal but for everything 13-24, subtract 12 and thats the American time. So 14:00, thats 2 PM. They also say the letter "o" before every number 1-9.
