in my area, the local police department will only give warrant information to the person in question. He will probably have to go down to the local police department and show proof of ID and inquire. They should be able to tell him whether he has a warrant nationwide if it's entered into the national computer system.

Great idea KIM walk into the police and show them ID and ask if you have a warrant.
