"Cucciolino dolce mi manchi"

I know "mi manchi" is "I miss you," but what's that first part?

Thank you!

Literally, the first part means "sweet little pet" - so - "My sweet pet, I miss you!" Ahhhhhhh.

litterally means "sweet puppy" but it's not very nice...It's a cute expression as to say "honey"....
