Dont do a fluid diet, you will lose weight and when you start eating it will all pile back on again. Look at the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its easy, effective and safe. Its not a fad diet and you can eat yourself healthier and thinner easily. Walk every day (about an hour if you can) and you will lose.

I wouldn't recommend a fluid only diet as you run the risk of your body going into "starvation mode" and then you can't lose weight. Instead, think of this as more of a lifestyle change rather than a diet and look at what you currently eat and decide what you can reasonably cut back on without feeling deprived at all. For example, if you take sugar in your tea and coffee, try using less or one of the alternative, calorie-free products; if you use butter on your sandwiches, try a lower fat alternative such as Low Fat Lurpak Spread; or if you eat white bread, switch to wholegrain or brown because white bread is full of sugar.
Additionally, you need to exercise. Choose something that you will enjoy and try doing it just three times a week for half an hour at a time initially. You could maybe increase your exercise as you start to feel better about yourself and your level of fitness. A variety of different types of exercise is good too to maintain your interest and enjoyment.
One thing to remember is that if you crash diet and lose a lot of weight too quickly, you will very quickly put it, plus more, back on. Losing weight slowly gives you a much better chance of keeping it off long term. That's why I suggest a lifestyle change rather than a diet.
Good luck!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

oh boy where do we start...
-Drink a gallon of water a day!
-Take a multivitamin like Centrum
Take sugar and caffein out of your diet as much as possible with the exception of Green Tea which has some caffein.(Green tea will help you lose weight)
-Get your protein from Chicken Turkey Fish & Legumes(beans)
(Salmon is the best protein source because it contains Omega 3 Fatty acids which are found in high quantities) Omega 3's are so important in brain function and weight loss.
-Buy a juicer machine and make vegetable juice regularly.. I have the Breville juicer JE 900 juice fountain i think its about 100-150 bucks. It is the easiest juicer to clean and is very powerful. You can get it on amazon.com

The best thing I can suggest for your age would be vigorous water aerobics. Check out local gyms and pools and see if they ahve water aerobic classes. They're moderate intensity and are easy on the joints. Not as harsh as running, but a good way to shed some pounds. Also, eat well with fresh vegetables and food, no really processed foods and no fried foods.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Walk, don't drive everywhere, make your kids walk with you. Drink lots of water and keep a journal of what you eat until you decide what you can eliminate/ reduce in your diet. It will take time but keep moving, stay positive and make little changes!
Best of luck!
