its the way men say things...A woman would say "oohh hes cute" a man says "Man I would F*ck her" and men usually say this about girls under 18, not too many women try to hit on guys that much younger

well girls usually don't like perves but a lot of guys wouldn't mind a girl who acted like that sometimes, so when guys do it girls tend not to like it and when girls do it guys usually do like it
