This comment, not even a theory really, is absurd.

The history of the era clearly documents that the Allies were deeply troubled by Hitler's crimes and condemned these acts from the view of inhumane acts against man. They were inconsistent and late in singling out acts against the Jews.

The Leaders of the allies, Churchill and Roosevelt, bent over backwards to preserve relationships with the muslim/arab world in ww2. They needed to keep good relations for access to oil. In fact, the british whitepapers were written to appease arabs interests in the muslim middleast to explicitly limit emigration of Jews to Palestine. The British stood behind this policy even when they were aware of the jews being gassed in Poland. They limited the rescue efforts of Jews to appease muslims for oil.
