I know this is a gross topic, but I want to know. His first poo in the morning, is normal, and formed, and hard. However, we go to the park, and he runs like a maniac, then, his poos get softer, and softer, eventually just liquid. He doesn't have any parasites, or worms, or diarrhea. Like I mean when we get home, he's not desperate to go outside, and he doesn't have accidents inside. Is this normal?

Yes, this is normal.
His first "poo" is hard because it sat in his digestive track, being digested, for a longer time. This means the intestines had more time to pull out the water and nutrients.
The reason his "poos" are more runny after rigorous excercise is because dogs swallow more when they are moving quickly in an uncounscious effort to reuse the drool. The parastaltic waves go through their digestive system, much like they do a humans, moving things along. Because his food is being pushed along faster by these waves, it isn't being diegested as well as it could be. This is why there is so much water remaining in his "poo". This isn't anything you should worry about.
Movement begets movement if you know what I mean ;)

Yep. Normal. If you run around the park like a maniac, you'll probably have funny poo too!

haha that sounds like my dog. I think its because of the fact that he's really excited at the park. He doesn't want to take the time to go to the bathroom so he goes really fast and doesn't take his time. It's something like that.

All I can suggest to you is ask a vet. I don't know but to me it doesn't sound normal but I'm not a vet so I'm not sure.

its his metabolism from all the exercise, his body doesnt have enough time to asorb it all to make it firm looking. . as long as the poo doesnt look like mucus he will be fine.
