No cellophanes are very gentle. They are the most gentle hair color treatment on the market. Jazing is a good cellophane brand. It comes in a hot pink bottle. Only down side is it washes out easily. You'll have to get repeat treatments at least once a month but it is worth it.

Whatever shampoo we use, there's a chemical called sulphate in it, which is responsible for hair fall. You should use a sulphate free shampoo. Other than that, you should oil your hair atleast 2 a week. And every time you oil it, let the oil be there on your hear for 2 hours, not more. You can even apply some olive oil. Food that is good for hair is Fish, carrots, etc Hope this helped :)

It might be. Plus, if you put too many cellophanes in your hair, how will you know which one to answer when someone calls? Something to think about. Plus, think of the cost.
